This is our take on a traditional Czech style lager. With rich, complex, bready maltiness combined with a pronounced, yet soft and rounded bitterness and floral spicy hop character. To bring out the malt character, we used undermodified Ontario grown malts and used a traditional decoction mash, increasing the richness in the malt profile.
